Card Merchant Services Business Analysis Associate

As a Business Analysis Associate within Collections Recovery and Auto Operations you will scan shared environments to identify and analyze PI risk compile and analyze scan-related data and produce monthly scan reports that feed into established scorecards. You will collaborate across teams to deliver solutions that enhance access controls and support business-wide strategies.

Job Responsibilities

• Scan shared environments to identify and analyze PI risk using Alteryx and

  Compile and analyze scan-related data

• Produce monthly scan reports and feed data to established scorecards
• Provide business data and analytics support including ad hoc analysis
• Determine all access needs by job family across our organization and translate access information into understandable language and determine existing systemic access controls
• Develop effective working relationships with Business Partners
• Identify analyze and report key risk indicators and conduct reviews to enhance effectiveness of access controls
• Manage semi-annual access recertification process
• Take responsibility for the quality of work submitted and ensure that the highest standards are maintained including timely progress updates and escalation protocol
• Produce audit information and evidence as required and Lead stakeholders to define requirements and timelines for projects

• Liaise between cross-functional teams to streamline processes

• Participate in internal and external audits exams and risk control initiatives

Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience with business intelligence ETL analytic and data wrangling tools including Alteryx
• Advanced knowledge of InfoPath Designer and designing SharePoint sites.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and clearly articulate complex ideas and possess creativity

• Demonstrated conflict resolution and influencing skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Fluency in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office tools (Word Outlook PowerPoint Excel Access Visio)
  

Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills

• Bachelors degree preferred
• Collections experience or Access Management strongly preferred
• Experience in pre and post charge-off collections
• Working knowledge of Power Apps

• Project management leadership and presentation skills

• Ability to utilize Collections business systems for audit information
• Control management process management and risk mitigation experience
