Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging area This is a unique opportunity for you to work in the Business Analysis team to partner with the Business.
As a Business Analysis Associate within Collections Recovery and Auto Operations you will scan shared environments to identify and analyze PI risk compile and analyze scan-related data and produce monthly scan reports that feed into established scorecards. You will collaborate across teams to deliver solutions that enhance access controls and support business-wide strategies.
Job Responsibilities
Scan shared environments to identify and analyze PI risk using Alteryx and
Compile and analyze scan-related data
- Produce monthly scan reports and feed data to established scorecards
- Provide business data and analytics support including ad hoc analysis
- Determine all access needs by job family across our organization and translate access information into understandable language and determine existing systemic access controls
- Develop effective working relationships with Business Partners
- Identify analyze and report key risk indicators and conduct reviews to enhance effectiveness of access controls
- Manage semi-annual access recertification process
- Take responsibility for the quality of work submitted and ensure that the highest standards are maintained including timely progress updates and escalation protocol
- Produce audit information and evidence as required and Lead stakeholders to define requirements and timelines for projects
Liaise between cross-functional teams to streamline processes
- Participate in internal and external audits exams and risk control initiatives
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience with business intelligence ETL analytic and data wrangling tools including Alteryx
- Advanced knowledge of InfoPath Designer and designing SharePoint sites.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and clearly articulate complex ideas and possess creativity
- Demonstrated conflict resolution and influencing skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Fluency in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office tools (Word Outlook PowerPoint Excel Access Visio)
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Collections experience or Access Management strongly preferred
- Experience in pre and post charge-off collections
- Working knowledge of Power Apps
Project management leadership and presentation skills
- Ability to utilize Collections business systems for audit information
- Control management process management and risk mitigation experience
