Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers as they arrive at the service department.
- Assist customers with vehicle drop-off and pick-up processes.
- Transport vehicles between service areas parking lots and customer locations safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicles inside and out including washing and vacuuming as needed.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and technicians to coordinate customer needs.
- Ensure the service drive area and lot are organized and hazard-free.
- Assist with other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic mechanical knowledge or previous experience in a dealership setting is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting and moving vehicles.
