What youll Do:

• Provide High-quality Physical Therapy to residents to improve mobility safety and independence
• Develop Individualized treatment plans and measurable goals
• Collaborate closely with OT SLP Nursing and the care team
• Educate Residents Families and staff on exercises mobility strategies and equipment
• Bring Positivity and encouragement to every therapy session

What Were Looking For:

• Licensed Physical Therapist
• Experience in Long-term Care or geriatrics is a bonus!
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate patient-centered Mindset
• Motivated reliable and ready to make a difference
