Network & Integration Engineer (Azure-First AI-Ready Infrastructure)

Department: IT

Reports to: SVP of IT Security and Infrastructure

In-Office: This position will sit 5 days per week in our Louisville KY office.

Travel Requirements: Up to 10% domestic travel. This is not a driving position.

The Network & Integration Engineer is responsible for supporting and improving the companys technology environment across cloud on-premises and hybrid systems with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure. This role helps ensure systems are secure reliable and easy to use while also supporting modern tools automation and AI-driven capabilities.

This position works closely with Infrastructure Security Application Data and Compliance teams to keep systems running smoothly protect company data and support business operations. The role operates in a SOX-regulated environment and plays a key part in maintaining uptime access control and audit readiness.

Education and Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure networking cloud or cybersecurity roles
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure or similar cloud platforms
• Experience supporting compliance or regulated environments (SOX preferred)
• Basic experience with automation or scripting is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across teams
• Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or equivalent experience

Technical Skills (Preferred)

• Microsoft Azure (virtual networks security identity and cloud services)
• Networking concepts (VPNs firewalls secure access)
• Identity and access management (MFA role-based access)
• Basic scripting (PowerShell or Python)
• Understanding of APIs and system integrations
• Monitoring and troubleshooting tools
• General understanding of automation and modern IT practices

Certifications (Preferred)

• Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate
• Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Microsoft Azure Security Engineer Associate
• CompTIA Security or equivalent
• Cisco CCNA or similar networking certification

The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge skills and qualifications. This position may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
