• Manage frontofhouse duties including patient checkins appointment scheduling and phone enquiries.
• Provide excellent customer service and support a smooth patient experience.
• Assist chairside when required following clinical protocols and infection control standards.
• Maintain accurate patient records and support daily practice operations.
• Contribute to a positive teamoriented environment.

Qualifications :

• Experienced DA/Receptionist with Certificate III in Dental Assisting or above.
• Knowledge of Exact or dental software systems is desirable.
• Proficient in dental terminology and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
