- Own full sales cycle (no hand-holding)

- Build and close complex high-value deals

Qualifications :
What You Need
- Proven new business sales (not account management)
- Experience selling benefits / consulting / HR solutions
- Comfortable in complex consultative sales cycles
- Executive presence
