Job Summary

Location: Berman Subaru of Chicago
Job Title: Lube Technician
Schedule: Full time; 40 hours/week; Monday-Saturday; 2 days off
Pay: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

Perform all lubrication services
Perform thorough check of customers car (i.e. battery lights tires) referring all needed repairs and preventative maintenance to Service Advisor
Operate and maintain all lubrication equipment
Inspect fluid levels of steering gear power steering reservoir transmission differential rear axle housings and shackles
Check air pressure of tires
Replace oil and air filters
Change batteries bulbs tire rotations
Inspect all vehicles for additional repairs that may be needed
Ensure customer cars are kept clean

Qualifications :

1 year of work experience as an auto technician minimum
Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
Knowledge in aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
Fast learner
Team Player
Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record (3 year minimum)
