Job Summary
About the Role
We are looking for a Finance & Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day financial and operational activities of the company.
This role focuses on maintaining organized financial records tracking sales and expenses and ensuring smooth coordination between sales operations and accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor monthly sales revenue and expenses
- Ensure alignment between sales orders invoices and deliveries
- Follow up on missing invoices documents and payments
- Record and track expenses on a regular basis
- Support maintaining accurate data in Odoo (Accounting & CRM)
- Coordinate with the team to ensure tasks and financial data are up to date
- Prepare simple reports on revenue expenses and activity status
- Assist in organizing documents for accounting VAT and audits
Qualifications :
Requirements
- 24 years of experience in finance accounting support or operations
- Basic to good experience with Odoo
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently
- Good English communication skills
