Contexto organizativo:
Estos puestos han de cubrirse en las oficinas en los países los despachos regionales y la Sede. Los titulares del puesto rinden cuentas al Oficial de Recursos Humanos o a la persona designada a tal efecto.
En este nivel los titulares deben asumir la responsabilidad de llevar a término toda una serie de actividades de recursos humanos que requieren un cierto nivel de interpretación de las directrices y prácticas estándar. Además pueden recomendar una determinada línea de acción en su esfera de competencia y quizá deban proporcionar orientación a otros funcionarios.
Finalidad del puesto:
Realizar una serie de tareas de recursos humanos para apoyar la aplicación precisa de las políticas y procedimientos del PMA y facilitar el funcionamiento eficaz de unos servicios de recursos humanos estratégicos y centrados en el cliente.
Responsabilidades principales (lista indicativa y no exhaustiva):
Atención y soporte básico en RRHH brindar respuestas a consultas generales del personal y apoyar en gestiones simples de RRHH asegurando un servicio claro y oportuno. Coordinación administrativa dar seguimiento a trámites como firmas entregas de documentos contratos accesos actualizaciones de datos y otros requerimientos administrativos. Comunicar y coordinar información con áreas como Finanzas Administración Nómina u otras unidades relacionadas para facilitar procesos de RRHH. Apoyar en la actualización de expedientes listas de personal bases de datos y documentos manteniendo la confidencialidad y el orden. Colaborar en tareas como preparar documentación coordinar inducciones recopilar requisitos y registrar información básica en sistemas. Preparar cartas informes básicos formatos y otros documentos de RRHH según necesidad. Ingresar y actualizar información en los sistemas utilizados (Workday PASport o equivalentes) asegurando exactitud y cumplimiento de plazos.
Experiencia deseable para desempeñar esta función:
- Al menos 5 años de experiencia llevando a cabo actividades específicas de servicios de recursos humanos como administración de nóminas aspectos de contratación y administración de entrevistas.
- Ha proporcionado orientación ad hoc a los miembros del personal menos experimentados.
- Ha organizado sesiones informativas para las nuevas personas contratadas en el marco del proceso de incorporación.
Cualificaciones académicas estándar mínimas:
Formación: Finalización del ciclo de educación secundaria. Se valorará la presentación de un certificado de educación postsecundaria en la esfera funcional correspondiente.
Idiomas: Dominio de español (nivel C). Inglés intermedio (nivel B).
