Associate Manager, Pilates Education

We are seeking an Associate Manager of Pilates Education who will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality and breadth of our Pilates Education programs. Working closely with the Director of Pilates Education you will help develop coordinate and manage the operations of our Pilates Education curriculum and programs ensuring it aligns with our brands standards of excellence. Your expertise in Pilates instruction and program development will contribute to the growth and success of our Pilates education programs and to the development top level Pilates instructors. 

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with the Director of Pilates Education and Pilates Education Operations Manager to develop and enhance Pilates program offerings ensuring they meet the highest industry standards. 
• Lead and coach Pilates students and Educators providing ongoing education feedback and support to foster their professional growth and alignment with our brands philosophy. 
• Maintain all records on the student database. 
• Track and manage student progress including practice and supervision hours. 
• Handle registration process for all courses. 
• Facilitate calls with leads and sell the programs. 
• Assist with management of student and Pilates Department LMS. 
• Monitor and create social media posts for Pilates Education. 
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest Pilates techniques trends and best practices integrating them into our programs and instructor training. 
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the Pilates department. 

Qualifications :

• Certified Pilates instructor with a minimum of 5 years experience teaching on all Pilates apparatus and mat. 
• Prior experience in a supervisory or management role within a Pilates or fitness education setting is preferred. 
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and inspire students and Pilates Educators. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building positive relationships with members and colleagues. 
• A passion for health and wellness and a deep understanding of the Pilates philosophy and its benefits. 
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. 
• Bachelors degree is preferred. 
• Knowledge of the fitness industry or luxury service sector is a plus. 

Pay Transparency: $67000 - $70000
