Job Summary
What Youll Be Doing
Youll manage your territory like a businesspowered by structure supported by data and fueled by relationships.
- Grow market share by influencing contractors and supporting dealer partners
- Execute a structured weekly territory plan using TechoBlocs Sales Science approach
- Maintain strong activity and followthrough
- Educate contractors on products installation best practices and system solutions
- Drive contractor demand to dealer partners and support dealer success
- Conduct merchandising audits and keep displays brandstandard
- Train dealer staff on products tools and selling techniques
- Identify new business opportunities through research and competitive insights
Qualifications :
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- Experience in hardscape building materials construction dealerbased sales or B2B sales.
- Strong relationshipbuilding and communication skills
- Comfortable using data CRM tools and structured sales processes
- Organized selfmotivated and competitivein a good way
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel throughout the Rhode Island territory
