Job Overview
Join Jobstreet Singapore as a Business Transformation Lead and play a critical role in driving sales excellence and operationalising strategic growth initiatives. You will partner closely with Sales leaders and cross-functional teams to turn strategy into measurable outcomes leading programs on the ground embedding best practices and enabling our frontline teams to win.
Reporting to the Operations Director you will combine sales leadership experience project management discipline and strong analytical skills to improve how we build relationships with customers how we sell how we operate and how we scale.
Sales Excellence & Best Practices
- Partner with Sales leaders to define document and roll out sales best practices across teams (e.g. pipeline management account planning customer engagement).
- Map improve and standardise end-to-end sales and commercial processes across regions and segments reducing friction and enabling teams to focus on high-value activities.
- Diagnose performance gaps and design targeted interventions (playbooks coaching tools) to improve productivity and conversion championing a culture of continuous improvement.
Programs Projects & Strategic Execution
- Lead end-to-end execution of growth programs and commercial initiatives from scoping and planning through to implementation and post-mortem.
- Manage cross-functional projects involving Sales Marketing GTM Operations and other internal teams to deliver strategic outcomes on time and within scope.
- Act as a bridge between Commercial Operations Product and Marketing ensuring operational readiness aligned priorities and efficient execution of new strategies products or processes.
Training Enablement & Change Management
- Design and deliver trainings workshops and coaching sessions for Sales leaders and frontline teams whilst developing and maintaining sales enablement assets (playbooks decks guides) that support consistent execution.
- Act as a visible change agent ensuring clear communication adoption tracking and feedback loops throughout transformation initiatives.
Qualifications :
So what we are looking for:
- More than 5 years experience in sales leadership sales operations business transformation growth execution program management or sales enablement.
- At least 2 years in a role leading or coaching sales teams/squads (formal people management or strong informal leadership).
- Excellent relationship building skills: able to collaborate influence and thrive in dynamic cross functional teams
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
- Strong project management skills: able to structure work manage timelines and stakeholders and drive to closure.
- Data-driven and analytical: comfortable working with sales performance data building simple analyses and translating insights into actions.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills; confident in running workshops trainings and presentations across different seniority levels.
- Highly organised detail-oriented and able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Values
- Experience supporting Sales or customer-facing teams.
- Regional experience especially within Southeast Asia job markets.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Tableau.
