Availability Requirement: To be scheduled availability must include a minimum of 2 days per week with 8 hours per shift contingent upon business levels permitting. Preference will be given to those that our available for the full season (May-October 15th).

Servers will be required to work in various venues based on business levels.

This role is not eligble for Staff Accomodations .

Starting Rate: $17.22 per hour.

What you will be doing: 

• Complete Daily Operations (i.e. opening and closing duties stocking polishing cleaning and maintaining walk-ins fridges and other areas as assigned by the MOD)
• Meet and greet guests and coordinate with other colleagues and MOD regarding preferences allergies and special occasions
• Have full knowledge of all food and beverage menu items garnishes contents and preparation methods
• Maintain quality and timeliness of service and practice effective up selling and suggestive selling techniques to drive outlet revenue
• Maintain accurate billing cash handling and float procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

• Must have Pro-Serve Certification
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Server in a high-volume and fast paced environment required
• Previous point-of-sale system experience required
• Extensive wine beer and cocktail knowledge is essential
• Must be able to carry and serve 3 plates at one time
• Schedule flexibility including early mornings late nights weekends holidays
