Technical Project Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Technical Project Manager is responsible for driving projects from concept to delivery ensuring smooth coordination between business and technical teams and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

This is a full-time position based in Tunis reporting to the technical Director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Delivery

• Manage projects end-to-end from initial concept to successful delivery
• Define and document functional specifications
• Ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation

Coordination & Communication

• Act as the main point of contact between business technical and operational teams
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress risks and timelines
• Facilitate collaboration decision-making and issue resolution

Monitoring & Quality Assurance

• Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met
• Support testing phases (UAT end-to-end validation) and ensure launch readiness
• Monitor issues and follow up using logs test data and performance indicators

Process Improvement

• Identify and implement improvements in tools workflows and documentation
• Promote best practices in project management and delivery

PROFILE

• Good understanding of technical environments including API-based integrations
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation (endpoints credentials integration flows)
• Familiarity with staging and production environments configuration checks and deployment processes
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Problem-solving mindset with analytical skills

Qualifications :

• 2 years of experience in technical project management integration delivery or a similar cross-functional technical role
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Autonomous adaptable and detail-oriented
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); French is a plus
