Front Office Assistant Manager
Job Summary
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the front desk including check ins/outs loyalty signups reporting and assisting with guest needs.
- You will supervise and manage the front office team while on shift and will be responsible for effective onboarding and training.
- Ensuring we create unforgettable guest service is delivered to each of our guests with a focus on driving loyalty.
- Most importantly you will effectively manage any emergency situations that arise within the Hotel ensuring you follow Hotel procedures and processes.
Qualifications :
- Diploma in Hospitality or Business Management or preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Office and Opera Cloud.
