国内外のOEMがベースとするプラットフォームの製品開発特に機能ソフトウェア開発を中心にプラットフォームでの開発をリードしカスタマープロジェクトをサポートする部門です

Job Description
As a Technical Project Manager leading 2-wheeler ABS platforms you will concurrently serve as a System Development Engineer.
This is a crucial position where you will not only manage projects but also delve deeply into technology and system design shaping the safety of future 2-wheeler mobility.
You will lead global development as a TPM supporting the safety of two-wheeler riders worldwide and the future of mobility.
This department is responsible for product development of platforms used by OEMs both domestically and internationally focusing particularly on function and software development leading platform development and supporting customer projects.
Specifically you will deeply analyze customers latent needs and market trends to define innovative functions and architectures required for next-generation ABS platforms.
You will collaborate closely with development teams both domestically and internationally leading technical problem-solving while managing project QCD (Quality Cost Delivery) to successfully guide platform development.
You will also play a pivotal role as a hub within the department overseeing the entire product lifecycle being well-versed in the entire software development process and making technical decisions.
Leveraging your technical knowledge and market insights you are expected to propose groundbreaking solutions to various OEMs and further enhance Boschs presence.

Expected Roles
Bridge between Stakeholders: You will openly communicate with diverse internal and external stakeholders (OEMs development teams sales departments etc.) integrating technical challenges and business requirements. You will set common goals for projects and lead the team to achieve them collaboratively.
Technical Leadership: You will oversee the entire 2-wheeler system structuring complex technical issues. You will identify tasks necessary for platform development including the software development process and formulate execution plans. You will actively participate in technical discussions and technically lead the team.
Value Provision to the Market: You will anticipate the needs of the 2-wheeler market and by combining them with Boschs technological capabilities create optimal and versatile platform solutions for OEMs providing new value to the market.
Leading Next-Generation Technology: You will anticipate future mobility trends actively engage in the introduction of innovative technologies and demonstrate leadership in creating the future of Boschs 2-wheeler safety technology.

Desired Experience & Skills
Work experience in the automotive industry: Knowledge of industry-specific development processes quality standards and legal regulations will be highly beneficial for immediate contribution.
Knowledge of 2-wheeler vehicle dynamics: Expertise in 2-wheeler vehicle dynamics is essential for deeply understanding ABS behavior and performance and for optimal system design and evaluation. This knowledge will enable you to contribute to higher-level technical discussions and decision-making.
2-wheeler license and driving experience: Being a rider yourself provides a user perspective for product understanding and more practical and in-depth insights when testing and evaluating ABS functions. This experience also enhances your ability to propose solutions to customers.
Knowledge of functional safety: Knowledge of functional safety (ISO 26262 etc.) in the automotive and 2-wheeler sectors is extremely important for ensuring product safety and reliability. We welcome candidates who understand functional safety concepts and can contribute to improving the quality of the development process.
Experience with DRBFM (Design Review Based on Failure Mode): Experience with DRBFM which prevents defects in advance through design reviews directly leads to high-quality platform development. We welcome candidates with a strong awareness of quality and concrete practical experience.
