Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT) Inpatient Rehab
Job Type: Contract (13 Weeks) Part-Time / Per Diem
Work Schedule: Day Shift 8 Hours (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide inpatient rehabilitation services focusing on improving patients ability to perform activities of daily living (ADLs). The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients physical cognitive and functional abilities
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide therapy to improve independence with ADLs and instrumental ADLs
- Train patients in adaptive techniques and use of assistive equipment
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in care planning
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation and complete billing in a timely manner
- Assist with discharge planning and home assessments
- Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and support staff as needed
- Ensure proper use maintenance and safety of therapy equipment
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active state licensure (or eligibility)
- Experience in inpatient rehab or similar setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of ADLs rehabilitation techniques and patient care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
