I. Job Summary

No healthcare experience required. We provide paid training. We invest in your success.
Under management direction a Hospital Services Worker travels between customer healthcare facilities providing on-site proactive collection and exchange of waste containers for various Stericycle programs including but not limited to: Sharps Management Service Pharmaceutical Waste Controlled Substances and Document Management. This service is provided at regularly scheduled intervals for assigned facilities.

Schedule: Monday-Friday Servicing Desert Regional Medical Center

Start Time: 5am

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Travels between customer healthcare facilities to proactively monitor collect and exchange waste containers for various Stericycle programs and services including but not limited to: Sharps Management Service Pharmaceutical Waste Controlled Substance and Document Management.
• Interacts professionally with onsite customer staff to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded.
• Maintains a rigid collection and service schedule.
• Communicates duty status on a defined scheduled.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

III. Qualifications

A. Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of related experience customer service preferred or the equivalent in related work experience
• Drivers License

The expected base pay rate for this office/on-site or position is $23.75. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidatemay be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates relevant experience education training certifications qualifications and work location.
