Process Engineering and Packaging Scientist

Eurofins PSS is seeking a BSL scientist with handson lab experience to support analytical testing. This role focuses on executing lab studies preparing materials analyzing data and supporting process characterization for early- and late-stage programs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform analytical assays and execute studies in lab and clean room environments.
• Support process characterization de-risking studies and testing for engineering runs and PPQ.
• Conduct recirculation studies material compatibility tests and sterile filter validation (e.g. Vmax).
• Prepare label and manage large sample sets (500).
• Document work in electronic lab notebooks and support data tracking/analysis.
• Adapt to shifting study plans and troubleshoot day-of-study challenges.
• May be expected to work with Antibody-Drug Conjugate (ADC) projects in Occupational Exposure Band 4 (OEB4) and/or OEB5 as well as other OEB4 materials

Qualifications :

Basic Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Chemistry Biology Biochemistry Engineering or related field.
• At least 1-2 years prior hands-on industry or research lab experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable with fast-paced environments and changing priorities.
• Experience with ELNs and data tracking systems preferred.
• Clean room or process characterization experience is a plus.
• Flexible detailoriented proactive and comfortable balancing lab work with documentation tasks during downtime
