Supply planner Specialist

We are looking for someone who understands that efficient supply chain planning is built on accurate data smart decisions and strong collaboration.
In this role you will be responsible for planning and managing replenishment ensuring optimal product availability while balancing stock levels and costs. Through close cooperation with Demand Planning Logistics and Procurement teams you will play a key role in maintaining a stable and efficient supply chain.
What Will You Do
Plan Demand & Supply: Independently plan quantities for regular sales promotions seasonal peaks and campaigns in alignment with the Demand Planning team.
Optimize Replenishment: Define and improve ordering parameters (safety stock order cycles MOQ lead time).
Ensure Product Availability: Manage the end-to-end processfrom order planning to store deliverywhile balancing availability and working capital.
Monitor & Validate Orders: Oversee ordering processes and validate orders from stores and headquarters.
Manage Stock Health: Actively manage overstock out-of-stock situations slow-moving and aging inventory through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Drive Logistics Efficiency: Optimize ordering (full pallet full truck) to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Identify & Mitigate Risks: Recognize supply chain risks and propose alternative solutions.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Demand Planning Procurement and Logistics teams to improve performance.
Analyze & Improve Performance: Prepare regular and ad hoc reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Your Technical Toolkit
Relevant Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in supply chain replenishment planning demand planning logistics or related fields.
Analytical Skills: A strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excel Skills: Advanced use of MS Excel for analysis and data tracking.
Language Skills: You communicate effectively in English ( B2 level ) both written and verbal enabling smooth cooperation with international partners.
