Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified Process Operator with a VAPRO B certification to operate and monitor industrial production processes. Candidates with experience in Belgium will be highly valued due to familiarity with European safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production processes and equipment
- Control process parameters and ensure optimal performance
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Identify and troubleshoot process deviations and technical issues
- Ensure compliance with safety health and environmental regulations
- Record production data and maintain accurate logs
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications :
- Valid VAPRO B certification (mandatory)
- Proven experience as a Process Operator in industrial environments
- Currently living in the Netherlands (mandatory)
- Knowledge of process technology safety procedures and quality control
- Willingness to work in shifts (including nights/weekends if required)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Dutch or English language proficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in chemical petrochemical or manufacturing industries
- Familiarity with automated control systems (e.g. SCADA/DCS)
- Additional safety certifications (e.g. VCA)
