Retail Operations (Commercial Development) Internship

Join the Retail Commercial Development team and support the execution of Rituals global Retail strategy by working cross-functionally to bring real time customer insights to stores worldwide.

Throughout your internship youll collaborate with passionate colleagues across Retail Digital Marketing and other departments gaining hands-on experience in project management commercial thinking and stakeholder management. Youll be part of a dynamic team that encourages initiative and gives you the space to learn grow and build valuable skills for your future.

What youll do:

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support commercial operations gaining handson experience by contributing to Commercial Cycle planning calendars and commercial store initiatives
• Support the development of our CX strategy by analyzing CSAT surveys and helping translate customer feedback into actionable insights
• Assist in the Mystery Shopper program supporting reporting and visualization to help markets identify improvement opportunities
• Contribute to the implementation and adoption of (AIdriven) CX analytics tooling supporting insight quality and usability.

Qualifications :

The internship is located in Amsterdam at our Central Head Office. We are looking for an intern for 32-40 hours a week from the 1st of September 2026 for 6 months.

Qualifications

• Education: Currently studying in HBO/WO education in Communication/ Business Administration/Hotel Management/ Marketing/Branding/ Economics and other. *Please note we can only accept applications from candidates who are actively enrolled in their study for the entire duration of the internship.
• Excellent communication skills in English
• You are pro-active independent inquisitive and solution-oriented
• Good skills: planning organization and multitasking
• You can work with Microsoft Word PowerPoint and Excel
