About the Role:
As a Service Intern you will support KONEs Service team in ensuring smooth daily operations for elevator and escalator services.
You will gain hands-on exposure to service coordination and operational support working closely with technicians supervisors and the service office team.
This role is ideal for students who want real business exposure in engineering operations or technical services.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily service operations and administrative tasks
Assist the team in tracking service jobs maintenance schedules and reports
Help prepare simple reports data updates and documentation
Coordinate with the service team on job status follow-ups and updates
Support basic customer and internal queries related to service operations
Participate in continuous improvement activities as assigned by the team
Learn KONEs service processes safety practices and quality standards
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical/ Facility Management (open to related fields)
Able to commit to full-time internship (minimum 56 months subject to school requirement)
Good communication skills and willingness to learn
Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions
Must be based in or able to commute to Johor Bahru
