As an STMS you will ensure the accurate following of temporary traffic management plans and oversee set up and pack down of road closures and diversions.

• You will be confident leading toolbox and closure briefings with crew whilst providing clear job details and expectations to TMOs.

• Willing and able to train and upskill our Traffic Controllers and junior STMS

• Ensure the safety of the Downer crew subbies and the general public.

You will be a physically fit and motivated person and will bring with you.

• A valid STMS warrant

• Be physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks

• Flexibility is desirable given you will be required to work shift work

• Show commitment to safe work practises

• Must have Class 1 Full Licence - Class 2 preferred
