Keys Enterprise Internship is a 10.5-week program that provides meaningful work that matters offers feedback and coaching and creates engaging events and conversations that will spark excitement and interest in bringing ones full-time career to Key.

Interns are involved in a host of line of business specific projects that directly impact and benefit Keys business and strategic pillars. The program includes networking with Key teammates across all levels of the organization a series of Learning Labs where internal and external speakers provide insight on Keys competitive landscape financial wellness and professional development best practices and an assigned mentor who shares knowledge experience and advice.

About the Equipment Finance Capital Markets Buy-Sell Internship

Key Equipment Finance is seeking a motivated and detailoriented college student with an interest in finance who is eager to learn and gain handson exposure to the equipment finance industry. This internship provides a unique opportunity to work alongside our Capital Markets team supporting both the buy and sell desks and gaining insight into syndication investor relations and investment strategies. The role is designed to build a strong foundation in financial analysis and offer meaningful experience for students interested in pursuing a future career in this role you will work closely with syndicators and deal teams to assist in transaction execution analyze financial data and market trends manage investor data platforms and ensure seamless communication across internal and external stakeholders. You will play a key role in preparing deal materials tracking investor engagement and supporting strategic initiatives that drive business growth. This is a highly collaborative position that provides exposure to multiple departments across the bank including credit risk legal and operations. Your contributions will be instrumental in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of KEFs capital markets activities making this an ideal opportunity for someone eager to deepen their analytical skills and gain broad experience in structured finance and asset-backed lending.

Qualifications

• Must have completed at least two years toward a four-year undergraduate degree program with coursework in finance business economics or a related field with an anticipated graduation in or before May of 2027
• Outstanding academic achievement (minimum undergraduate 3.3 GPA)

• Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities to completion
• All Microsoft Office platforms (Word PowerPoint Outlook OneNote etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables formulas VBA)

• Advanced PowerPoint

Compensation and Benefits

This position is eligible to earn an hourly rate of $27 per hour. Compensation also includes a $2000 Summer Internship Sign-on Bonus.
