House Attendant

Status: Part-time or Full-time Seasonal
Hourly Rate: $20

SUMMARY
Juniper Preserve in Bend OR is seeking a seasonal full time House Attendant. The House Attendant is called upon to respond to requests from both Guest Services and Housekeeping. The Houseperson must be very organized ready to respond with short notice and able to prioritize tasks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Residence Club / Residences Patios:
â Maintaining the overall cleanliness.
â Arrange furniture correctly and keep cushions clean and in good condition.
â Sweep when necessary.

Residence Club / Residences:
â Sweep outside the front door daily.
â Assist housekeeping with stripping linen and garbage.
â Do Turn Down Service when necessary.
â Assist guests in any way necessary.

Stocking supplies:
â Keep Housekeeping closets stocked with amenities and cleaning supplies.
â Alert supervisor of shortages for re-order.

Linens:
â Deliver dirty linens after being pulled from units.
â Help wash dry fold and re-stock towels as needed between deliveries.

Trailhead/Clubhouse:
â Empty trash cans and replace liners pick-up trash around pool area
â Restock pool towels and bath towels and take wet towels to housekeeping. Replace linen bags.
â Ensure all furniture is in its proper place.
â Maintain bathroom and locker rooms. Keep stocked and clean.

Lodge:
â Keep the staircase clean
â Keep the hallways clean
â Keep the elevator
â Keep the common area clean

Guest Contact:
â Maintain a respectful friendly and helpful attitude when meeting or greeting any members or
guests of members.
â Assist when necessary in arrivals / departures or other guests needs.

General:
â Ability to work as part of a team.
â Willing to work evenings weekends and holidays. Be flexible in days and hours.
â Manages workflow effectively and in an organized and timely manner.
â Able to effectively handle multiple tasks.
â Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
â Regular and reliable attendance.
â Maintains a professional standard at Pronghorn including but not limited to appearance
interaction with members associates guests of the club verbal discussions and written
correspondence. Does not discuss work related issues with members and resort guests.
â Participate in and support company efforts towards sustainability and environmental initiatives as
part of the Planet Pronghorn program.
â Maintains positive attitude and the flexibility to take on new and different tasks as assigned by the
Housekeeping Manager.
