We are looking for a reliable energetic Lot Attendant to support our sales and service departments by maintaining a clean organized and customer-ready dealership environment.

Position Summary

The Lot Attendant plays a key role in ensuring our dealership lots inventory and customer vehicles are properly maintained and presented. This position involves moving vehicles maintaining cleanliness and organization and supporting the overall efficiency of Plaza Fords daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealerships new and pre-owned vehicle lots.
• Move park and stage vehicles safely around the property.
• Assist with vehicle check-in including inspections for damage and proper documentation.
• Keep the lot neat and display-ready by aligning vehicles and ensuring proper signage.
• Wash vacuum and prepare vehicles for delivery to customers as needed.
• Support the Sales and Service teams with vehicle transport deliveries and pickups.
• Monitor inventory placement and assist with updating lot maps or inventory locations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment including outdoor lot and service lanes.
• Follow all safety guidelines and dealership protocols.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmissions (preferred not required).
• Reliable punctual and able to work in outdoor environments year-round.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean professional lot.
• Ability to stand walk and be physically active throughout the day.
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist customers and team members.
