Full- Time Licensed EmtA Or B Lead

Care Runners EMS is seeking a dedicated and experienced FULL-TIME LICENSED EMT/A OR B LEAD to join our team in Stockbridge GA. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to provide exceptional emergency medical services while leading and supporting fellow EMTs in the field. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities clinical expertise and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise EMT/A or B personnel during emergency response and daily operations.
• Provide prompt effective and compassionate patient care in accordance with protocols and state laws.
• Respond to emergency calls and assist with patient assessment treatment and transport.
• Ensure all documentation and reporting are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
• Assist with scheduling training mentoring and developing EMT team members.
• Maintain equipment and vehicles in proper working condition and adhere to safety standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and emergency services to optimize patient outcomes.
• Laundry and Cleanliness of Ambulance for infection control
• Review of PCRs and readiness for billing submission

Requirements

• Current and valid EMT/A or EMT-B certification/license.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a licensed EMT preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make critical decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays as needed.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
