Job Summary

Responsibilities
Responsible for setting up cafeteria line displaying and serving hot and cold food on the line and maintaining clean and sanitary conditions. Responsible for maintaining a supply of hot and cold food at all times. Responsible for the cleanliness of food lines and assigned work area. Communicates all food problems to the restaurant management. Removes all dishes and replenishes food supply as necessary. Communicates to restaurant management the need for additional food items. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to lift large trays of food.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to read and write English sufficiently to perform job.
