Senior Auditor CPA Direct Hire Full-Time Larkspur CA (Onsite)
Were seeking an experienced Senior Auditor CPA to join our clients busy well-established public accounting firm in Larkspur. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality audit assurance and tax services while working with a diverse client this role you will spend your days leading engagements collaborating with a supportive team and building long-term client relationships within a firm known for integrity professionalism and growth.
As the Senior Auditor you will:
Manage audit review and compilation engagements from planning through completion
Execute audit procedures in accordance with GAAP and GAAS
Prepare and review audit work papers financial statements and disclosures
Conduct accounting research on complex technical issues
Prepare tax returns for for-profit and nonprofit attestation clients
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy timeliness and compliance
As the Senior Auditor you bring:
Active CPA license
Minimum of two years of public accounting audit experience
Strong experience with audit fieldwork and financial reporting
Proficiency in Excel and ability to learn new systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Additional Information:
Training is provided for nonprofit and 401(k) accounting
Onsite role based in Larkspur CA
Compensation: Approximately $90000 annually
