We are currently seeking a full time Therapist to join our team in Mishawaka located in St. Joseph Indiana.

About the Role of a Therapist:

As a Therapist youll play a vital role for the provision of clinical services to individuals in their respective areas primarily children adults and/or families with mental health issues and/or dual diagnosis or individuals with substance use/dependence issues in both the outpatient and residential setting.

Therapist Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments mental status exams and diagnoses

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients

Provide individual family couples and group counseling services

Deliver therapeutic services aligned with treatment plans

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams courts schools and community agencies to coordinate care

Communicate effectively with patients staff and external partners both verbally and in writing

Maintain accurate timely and compliant clinical and administrative documentation

Adhere to organizational policies ethical standards and state and federal regulations

What Were Looking for in a Therapist:

Were seeking compassionate motivated individuals who are passionate about whole-person care and thrive in a collaborative team-based environment. Experience in behavioral health or social services is a plus.

Masters degree in social work Psychology Mental Health Counseling or Marital & Family Therapy or related Behavioral Science field of study required

Current non-probationary temporary license from state of Indiana in one of the following: LSW LMHC-A LMFT-A LCAC-A required at minimum

Valid drivers license a driving record meeting Meridians driving policy reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance required.
