How youll contribute
An Office Coordinator who excels in this role:
- Updates policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Oversees financial processes for clinic operations.
- Monitors general electronic mailbox and completes or routes tasks as appropriate.
- Generates and distributes weekly and monthly reports including provider on-call schedules availability calendars billing and documentation reports.
- Coordinates initiatives supporting staff development recruitment payroll and student engagement.
- Serves as first-line support for the electronic health record including basic troubleshooting merging duplicate charts unlocking records and maintaining pharmacy and practice database information.
- Performs additional duties and special projects as assigned.
- Reviews and complies with LifePoint Code of Conduct and all relevant company and division policies and procedures.

- High School Diploma or equivalent Required; Associates Degree Preferred
Certifications:
- BLS required
Skills & Experience:
- Requires critical thinking skills decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
