Mobile Fleet Maintenance Technician Full-Time

Position Summary
The Mobile Fleet Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing mobile medical coaches and trailers. This is a fully mobile role working out of a company-provided service truck and traveling throughout an assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance diagnostics and repairs
• Service trailers and fleet systems (brakes suspension generators electrical etc.)
• Complete inspections and preventative maintenance
• Maintain service records and documentation
• Ensure DOT and safety compliance (including MRI/radiation protocols)
• Maintain a safe clean work environment

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license with clean record
• DOT Inspection Certificate required
• Experience with fleet or trailer repair and diagnostics
• Knowledge of DOT regulations
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and travel (100% regional travel)

Preferred:

• ASE certification HVAC or welding/fabrication experience

Additional Requirements

• Flexible schedule (may include nights/weekends)
• Team-oriented reliable and self-motivated
• Comfortable using mobile apps for service documentation
