Job Summary
WeInfuse is a web-based software solution built for infusion centers and pharmacies to help manage patient workflow.
Our product is a SaaS workflow tool for infusion centers and pharmacies. We help our clients track a million tiny details like scheduling inventory insurance paperwork and clinical documentation. The work we do helps keep patients safe and gives our clients confidence that theyll get paid for the work they do. What we do matters and that feels good.
This position will report directly to our executive team and have high visibility across the entire organization. Youll act as the go-to problem solver for any internal troubleshooting operate with a high level of autonomy and play an integral part in ensuring our organization remains secure and HIPAA compliant.
What Youll Do
Act as first point of contact for hardware & software issues across Mac & PC environments
Set-up configure and maintain employee devices accounts and peripherals
Manage user provisioning and deprovisioning across SaaS tools and internal systems
Maintain IT documentation asset inventory and support ticketing
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently escalating complex issues as needed
Monitor and respond to security alerts across endpoints and network systems
Support compliance efforts including audit preparation access reviews and policy documentation
Assist with identity & access management (AIM) and enforce least-privilege principles
Help Maintain & improve network security configurations including VPN and firewall rules
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors Degree required
Experience supporting both MacOS and Windows environments
Understanding of networking concepts - DNS DHCP VPN and firewalls
Basic familiarity with endpoint security tools and security best practices
Strong communication skills
