Urban Elevator Services (UES) California is searching for a highly motivated Sr Manager Service Salesin the Arizona market. The Service Sales Managerismanagingall sales processes providing direction for continuous improvement initiatives andmeetingor exceeding theoperating territorys(OT) will leadthe service sales colleagueactivities related tobuilding andmaintainingcurrentcustomerloyaltyand expanding the existing portfolio.

Your Leadership Impact

• Partner with and support theOT in all areas of service and MODsalesto develop and implement the operating territoryservice sales business plan for bothfinancial and non-financial objectives

• In partnership with the General Manager andOA teams buildthe OTs service sales and MOD planwhile managingstandardized sales processes andsales managementtools to be applied

• Expand customer portfolio and unit countwhile providing best in class partnership and support leading to the growth of businessand increasing continued customer loyaltyin service and repair

• Through strategic sales representative assignments and building strong relationships you will fosterand sustainmeaningfulcommercial relationships withallcustomers andconsultants

• As the Service Sales Manager you will lead the resolution of all customer issues within your OT as the key point of escalationincluding collection efforts and contractual disputes

• Develop a keen sense forkey prospectivecustomerswithin OTand manage all accountsregardingany at risk or cancellations

• Coach mentor and developyour team ofServiceAccount Managers throughaligned and clear sales goals and continued performance directly tied totargets and sales KPIs

YourExperience

Education

• Bachelors degree highly desired with 5 years of experience

• High school or equivalent plus 10 years of relevant experience

• Possess overall knowledge of product and product application; service techniques and procedures; ability to understand financial statements; legal awarenesstocontract terms and conditions.

Work Experience

• Multiple years of experience in various assignments within the Company in the Elevator industry or in another service-oriented business.

• 5 years business to business sales experience

• 5 years people leadership experience in the elevator industry or related industry

• Proven experience understanding financial statements commercial contracts and overall product knowledge and application

• Strong desirefor candidates who have a proventrack recordof meeting financial goals andobjectives

Basic Qualifications

• 5 years elevator industry management experiencestrongly preferred

• Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment

• Candidate mustdemonstratestrong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers

• Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities

• Successful candidate should bevery comfortablein a technical environmentutilizingMicrosoft based computer software

• Strong leadership skills goal-orientated and self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills

• Knowledge and strict enforcement of company EH&S policy and processes
