Job Title : CVOR Technologist (Cardiovascular Operating Room Tech)
Location: Indianapolis IN 46202
Shift: Day Shift 4x10 Hours (11:00 AM 9:30 PM)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC isan experienced CVOR Technologist to support cardiovascular and thoracic surgical procedures in a high-acuity fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in Level 1 trauma centers and be skilled in assisting with complex cardiac and vascular surgeries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons during cardiovascular and thoracic procedures
- Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical environment
- Handle surgical instruments and supplies efficiently
- Receive pump lines from perfusion and prepare for cannulation
- Ensure proper functioning and readiness of surgical equipment
- Collaborate with the surgical team to support optimal patient outcomes
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of CVOR Tech experience
- Experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center
- Strong experience in vascular and thoracic surgical cases
- First-time travelers accepted with relevant trauma experience
Required Certifications:
- BCLS (Basic Life Support)
- NBSTSA certification required
