TMD Staffing is seeking a driven and experienced Branch Manager to join our team! This is a great opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about driving growth leading teams and making an impact.
REQUIREMENTS:
5 years of Branch Management experience in Pipe Valves and/or Fitting field.
Strong In-Side sales experience
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
DUTIES:
Drive sales growth and develop new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Oversee daily branch operations (warehouse inventory logistics)
Lead mentor and develop a high-performing team
Analyze market trends and implement strategic plans
OTHER DETAILS:
Full-time onsite
MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM but must be flexible and work weekends as needed
Minimal travel (<10%)
Pay:
$75000.00 DOE
