Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Center Representative to join Meyer Plastics Inc. As the primary point of contact for customer inquiries orders and service requests the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls emails and inquiries from customers regarding products orders and services.
- Provide accurate information about product specifications availability and pricing.
- Process customer orders returns and service requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain and update customer records in the company database.
- Coordinate with production logistics and sales teams to resolve customer issues quickly.
- Follow up on pending orders shipments or service requests to ensure timely completion.
- Assist with billing invoicing and resolving discrepancies.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback to management.
- Maintain knowledge of company products services and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service order management or administrative support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with customer management software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
