Experience and Educational Requirements

Current university student expected to graduate with a Bachelors or Masters degree by summer 2026

Passionate and highly interested in clinical trial operations

Priority given to candidates who have completed coursework in Physiology and Pharmacology

Able to commit to a full-time internship for 10 months

Program includes but are not limited to

Structured training in Clinical Research Associate (CRA) core competencies

Hands-on practice with mentor guidance including hospital site monitoring visits

Encouragement to showcase creativity through participation in various internal activities
