Job Summary

Domestic Considerations:RSDs: 27 days with possibility of further being available. Evening and weekend work may be required.

Post Role: Troop Staff Sergeant

Responsibilities:

1. Act as 2IC Tp.

2. Subordinate mentoring and development.

3. Control of Routine in the field for Deployed Tp.

4. Guide and assist Young Officers appointed as Tp Comd.

5. Provide input to SJAR to assist Tp Comd.

6. Support Recruitment Retention and Engagement activities.

7. Promote Values and Standards of the British Army within the Tp.
