As a Technical Data Analyst at Arctal you will sit at the intersection of data engineering and AI operations. You will manage a fleet of AI agents to deliver high-quality reliable datasets at scale for enterprise clients. This role requires a data-obsessed mindset to transform complex ingestion and cleanup workflows into automated high-fidelity systems.

What you will do:

• Orchestrate and monitor fleets of AI agents to perform complex data extraction transformation and distribution tasks.

• Design and implement rigorous data validation frameworks to ensure the reliability and accuracy of automated agent outputs.

• Collaborate with the technical team to refine agent prompts and workflows improving the efficiency of the data wrangling engine.

The ideal candidate:

• Possesses 1-5 years of experience in data analysis data science or a technical role involving complex data manipulation.

• Exhibits a deep obsession with data quality and the ability to think programmatically about scaling data cleanup using modern AI tools.

• Is based in or willing to relocate to London for full-time in-office collaboration at the Arctal headquarters in Old Street.
