Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Incubator Manager to join our fastgrowing team. In this position you will play a key role in facilitating the development and growth of startup companies within our incubator.
Job PurposeThe primary purpose of the Incubator Manager role is to oversee the development and growth of startup companies within the incubator ensuring they receive the necessary support resources and mentorship to thrive. Central to this role is managing daytoday operations providing strategic guidance to entrepreneurs fostering networking opportunities and liaising with stakeholders and investors.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the incubator and ensure startups receive the necessary support
- Facilitate the development and growth of startups providing strategic guidance and support
- Foster and enhance networking opportunities for startups within the incubator
- Liaise with stakeholders and investors cultivating strong relationships and promoting the development of startups
Qualifications :
- Proven leadership and strong management skills
- Experience in project management and business development
- Ability to foster and manage relationships with stakeholders and investors
- Strong networking abilities and the capacity to provide strategic guidance
- Previous experience in a mentorship role preferably within a startup environment
