The Tavern Worker ensures that guests at the Pirates Treasure Bar have an authentic experience providing prompt and friendly service serving a pirates grog while telling pirate jokes describing the pirate experience and answering questions about the pirate museums exhibits.

Requirements:
Essential Functions
Demonstrate responsible alcohol service
Learn about the exhibits in the Pirates Museum to teach or interpret pirate history
Must be able to perform in a pirate character
Required Skills Knowledege and Abilities
Ability to work independently over long periods of time within the scope of established rules and regulations to satisfy the needs of our guests
Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Ability to handle stressful situations and difficult people both in person and via the radio while maintaining a professional and pleasant demeanor
Ability to read write and speak fluent English in order to communicate with fellow CASTmembers and the general public
Ability to work flexible shifts including days evenings weekends and holidays
Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent preferred
Acting and/or improv training for guest interaction
Restaurant or bar background preferred
Valid Bar Card or equivalent
Valid Bar Smart certification
