What the role entails

Lead and modernize the financial operations function through data automation and AI ensuring scalable accurate and forward-looking finance capabilities

Some of the key responsibilities of our Head of Finance Operations & Intelligence will be:

Financial Operations & Accounting

Own the end-to-end financial operations framework including accounting consolidation and close

Ensure timely and accurate and predictable month-end and year-end close

Standardize structures processes and policies to support scale and AI Team members

Ensure finance operations can meet increasing external and internal requirements

Financial Planning Forecasting & Insights

Own and continuously develop forecasting and financial planning processes

Develop forwardlooking forecasts scenario and sensitivity analyses and clear performance narratives to support decisionmaking

Translate financial and operational data into actionable insights both for the operational level and the executive level

Develop and monitor financial and operational KPIs

Act as a thought partner to management in prioritization and trade off decisions providing clear financial perspectives

Data AI & Automation

Drive automation across core finance processes (close reconciliations reporting)

Implement advanced analytics and AI enabled tools to improve speed accuracy and insight

Reduce manual work and increase data reliability

Identify and drive opportunities for data-driven decision making

Own and develop the finance systems landscape (ERP consolidation reporting and analytics)

Leadership & Capability Building

Lead develop and set clear expectations for a high performing finance operations and analytics team

Raise the bar on analytical capability systems understanding and business acumen across the function to meet evolving business needs

Create clarity pace and accountability by challenging existing ways of working and driving change when needed with a clear focus on outcomes

Foster a data driven and forward-looking finance culture built on quality ownership and continuous improvement

What we ask of you

Solid background in financial operations accounting and controlling
Experience leading finance operations in scaling or transformation environments
Proven track record of working closely with Clevel stakeholders
Able to combine deep data analysis with a holistic enterprise level perspective
Pragmatic in applying automation and AI to core finance processes where it creates tangible business value

Experience operating in an international multi-entity environment
