Key Responsibilities
SALES DEVELOPMENT (50%):
Conduct outbound prospecting (calls emails LinkedIn outreach)
Identify and qualify potential clients
Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
Set meetings and appointments for RMs
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Meet or exceed monthly KPIs and lead generation target
SALES ADMINISTRATION (50%):
Prepare and maintain sales reports and trackers
Update and manage CRM systems and prospect database
Coordinate with internal teams (finance operations customer care )
Monitor installations status and support sales execution
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field
13 years of experience in sales lead generation or sales support roles
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) is an advantage
Comfortable with both client-facing and administrative tasks
