Core Responsibilities

1. Planning and delivering high-level Business Studies lessons that challenge students to analyze organizational behavior and economic impacts.

2. Teaching fundamental concepts including marketing mixes financial accounts and human resource management with academic precision.

3. Preparing students for GCSE and A-Level examinations with a particular focus on mastering high-mark evaluative essay questions.

4. Mentoring students in enterprise competitions and extracurricular business challenges to foster a spirit of innovation.

5. Using performance data to track student progress and providing the targeted stretch and challenge required in a grammar school setting.

The Successful Candidate We are looking for a specialist who can inspire the next generation of industry leaders. Requirements include:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Business Economics or a closely related management field.

• A proven track record of supporting students to achieve top grades at Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5.

• The ability to bring abstract business theories to life using contemporary examples from the FTSE 100 and global startups.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the professional presence required to work within a selective school environment.
