Job Summary
We are working with a prestigious Independent school in Oxford seeking a proactive Site Manager to oversee school operations. This is a full-time permanent role for a professional who takes pride in maintaining a safe and inspiring environment.
The Role
Facilities Management: Lead the maintenance security and cleanliness of the school buildings and grounds with total precision.
Health & Safety: Act as the lead for all on-site health and safety compliance including risk assessments and fire safety protocols.
Project Oversight: Coordinate external contractors and manage internal site staff to ensure all facility repairs are completed promptly.
Operational Readiness: Ensure the campus is well-ordered and ready for daily scholarly inquiry treating every colleague as a valued peer.
