The Role In a busy junior school the receptionist is the heart of the daily operation. Youll manage a fast-paced front desk handle the morning switchboard and act as the reliable face of the school for parents and visitors. Beyond the meet and greet you will provide vital administrative support from managing attendance registers to assisting the School Business Manager with essential tasks. We are looking for someone who can stay calm under pressure and keep the front office running like clockwork. Accuracy is keywhether youre updating student records or relaying an urgent message to a classroombut doing so with kindness and humanity is what will make you successful in this team.
