Job Summary
We are working with a school who are recruiting for a diligent HR & Personnel Assistant for an ASAP start in Sheffield. This is a full-time role on a 12-month fixed-term contract ideal for someone who understands that a schools success starts with its people.
The Role Supporting the HR function in a large academy requires total precision and a high level of discretion.
Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle and draft offer letters.
Compliance: Maintain the Single Central Record (SCR) and ensure all safeguarding checks are completed.
Staff Support: Maintain training logs and personnel files treating every staff member as a valued peer.
Operations: Provide technical support to the leadership team while managing deadlines with purposeful good humour.

Hours: 8:30 AM 4:30 PM (All Year Round)
