Responsibilities
Provide emergency medical care to critically ill or injured animals
Perform rapid assessments diagnostics and life-saving interventions
Develop and implement treatment plans for emergency cases
Utilize advanced diagnostic tools such as digital radiography ultrasound CT and in-house laboratory equipment
Perform emergency procedures and stabilize patients as needed
Collaborate with veterinary specialists and support staff for comprehensive care
Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners during high-stress situations
Maintain accurate and thorough medical records
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited institution
Active or eligible veterinary license
Experience or interest in urgent care or emergency medicine
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
